Available from: https://jurnalrekayasa.bunghatta.ac.id/index.php/JRFTSP/article/view/Material%20yang%20selalu%20digunakan%20sebagai%20pengisi%20dari%20struktur%20adalah%20beton%2C%20dikarenakan%20memiliki%20kuat%20tekan%20yang%20kuat%20dan%20pembuatannya%20mudah.%20Sampai%20saat%20ini%2C%20telah%20banyak%20dilakukan%20berbagai%20inovasi%20terhadap%20beton%20dan%20salah%20satunya%20adalah%20dengan%20memanfaatkan%20bakteri%20agar%20beton%20dapat%20memiliki%20kemampuan%20untuk%20menutup%20kerusakan%20berupa%20retakan%20secara%20mandiri%20atau%20biasa%20disebut%20dengan%20self%20healing%20concrete.%20Tujuan%20pada%20penelitian%20kali%20ini%20adalah%20untuk%20mengetahui%20pengaruh%20dari%20beton%20dengan%20bahan%20tambah%20bakteri%20bacillus%20subtilis%20yang%20dienkapsulasi%20dengan%20persentase%20sebesar%200%2C5%25%20dan%201%25.%20Beton%20tersebut%20akan%20diuji%20kuat%20tekan%20dan%20dibandingkan%20dengan%20beton%20normal.%20Setelah%20itu%2C%20beton%20dengan%20bahan%20tambah%20kapsul%20bakteri%20akan%20direndam%20dalam%20air%20selama%2014%20hari%20dengan%20nilai%20pH%20yang%20berbeda-%20beda%20sebagai%20pengujian%20self%20healing%20concrete.%20Hasil%20penelitian%20menunjukkan%20bahwa%20nilai%20kuat%20tekan%20beton%20normal%2025%2C18%20Mpa%2C%20beton%20dengan%20bahan%20tambah%20enkapsulasi%20bakteri%20sebesar%200%2C5%25%20memiliki%20nilai%20kuat%20tekan%2024%2C51%20Mpa%2C%20dan%20beton%20dengan%20bahan%20tambah%20enkapsulasi%20bakteri%20sebesar%201%25%20memiliki%20nilai%20kuat%20%20tekan%2026%2C20%20Mpa.%20Pengujian%20self%20%20healing%20concrete%20menunjukkan%20bahwa%20beton%20dengan%20bahan%20tambah%20enkapsulasi%20bakteri%20sebesar%200%2C5%25%20pada%20perendaman%20air%20dengan%20nilai%20pH%207%20selama%2014%20hari%2C%20dinilai%20yang%20paling%20baik%20dalam%20menutupi%20retak%20pada%20beton.
